Best applied by airless spray (e.g., Graco 7900, ≥3000 psi). Brush or roller can be used for small areas. Multiple thin coats recommended for hot surfaces.
Substrates must be clean, dry, and above dew point. Bare carbon steel needs a primer; stainless steel and aluminum usually don’t.
At 1000–1500 µm dry film thickness, coverage is approx. 0.5–0.8 m² per liter (21–33 ft²/gal).
